Ideas Worth Passing Along
For years I've studied . . .
and coached people through pivotal moments in their careers, and one thing keeps showing up: how much of a career's shape comes down to relationships — not just who advocated for someone, but the ones built on genuine, mutual benefit, where feedback and attention flow both directions. It's not only who helps you; it's what gets passed on, and what gets given back. I'm gathering two kinds of stories right now: moments of real, mutual support with a mentor, sponsor, manager, or teammate, and skills people learned the hard way that are now part of their toolkit — the kind worth passing on. If either sounds familiar, I'd love to hear it — it may become part of a larger project I'm developing.
